Shipping

Upon purchase, packages arrive at the post office within 1 – 3 working days.  Packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class. The above map shows how long it will take to get to your doorstep! Most packages will get anywhere in the United States between 3-5 business days. You will receive your package within 4-7 business days upon purchase. After your purchase, you will receive a tracking number.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are not responsible for damage accrued during shipment.

To complete your return, we require your packing slip with your order summary. If you no longer have this, please contact support@libertystitchingcompany.com for a new copy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your kit for a new one, your exchange item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Include your packing slip and simply write on the slip which kit you would like to exchange it with. Upon receiving your exchanged item, we will send you an email to notify you whether your exchange has been approved. When approved, your package will be immediately prepared and sent back to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You will be charged a new shipping fee for the exchanged product. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days after your approval email please contact us at support@libertystitchingcompany.com. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  To return your product, mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
